Of course! If the income requirement is not met, we will ask you to provide a Guarantor. Qualified guarantors must be able to provide proof of income that is 6x the rent per month and pass the $75 background screening as well.
Our homes are not furnished; however, we can refer you to two local furniture rental companies!
Our minimum lease term is 12 months.
Our Lifestyle Fee is inclusive of and not limited to 3x weekly door-to-door trash removal, monthly pest control, internet & cable streaming, snow removal of streets and driveways, landscaping, pet waste receptacles with provided bags, etc. Please contact our team with any questions!
Your new home comes with high-speed internet with a dedicated fiber optic line.
You will be responsible for paying your gas (heat), electric, water and trash bills.
All homes are smart homes and you will be able to enter your home without a key.
Packages will be delivered to your door.
You can submit a work order on our online portal or you can call our office line during office hours and the emergency maintenance line for emergencies after hours.
Your lease requires a 60-day written notice. Once we receive your written notice, we will send you a move out packet that will outline the full move out process. This will include a pre-move out inspection.
Any changes to your home will be considered with a written request to the office team.
You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move!
